*** Ardagh Community Trust seeks new volunteer Trustees for January 2017 ***
Following more than 6 years of volunteer-led activity to develop a community-led vision for a sustainable future for this highly valued community asset in the centre of Horfield Common, Ardagh Community Trust is now recruiting Trustees to support the delivery of our vision for an inspiring, and sustainable new future for the Ardagh.
We are now seeking local people who are willing to contribute to the next stage of Project Ardagh, which will be taken forward by Ardagh Community Trust. We are specifically seeking volunteers with Legal, Finance, Business Development, Planning, Administration, Community Engagement, HR, Construction and related skills who are able to commit to volunteer regularly for a period of 12–24 months to take responsibility for leading/supporting specific pieces of work. We are also keen to recruit local residents who have relevant professional skills and experience who are able to commit to volunteer regularly for a period of 12-24 months to support the ongoing development of our work, which is accountable to the local community.
Investing time in your community, and supporting improvements to the local area can be extremely rewarding if you have time and energy to commit to support this.
